- Price ratio of 2G and 3G packs are similar upto 500 MB pack.
- 1mbps speed for all packs.
- Auto renewal applicable for all packs. To stop auto renewal of any pack, type "3GOFF" and send SMS to 5000.
- Once the pack volume gets consumed within the validity period, further usage will be charged as Tk. 0.01/10KB. Customers will be notified about their pack consumption.
- All packs can be purchased through USSD, SMS, and IVR. Regular USSD dialing number is *121*7# for all airtel internet packs. Informative IVR Number: 1212.
- Pay As You Go Tariff is Tk. 0.01/Kilo Byte. This applies if customer does not have a 3G pack, but activates only 3G services for video calling. Only 3G service can be activated by typing “START3G" and send SMS to 5000. To stop 3G service, type "STOP3G" and send SMS to 5000.
- A customer can use maximum 10 Mega Bytes of internet under Pay As You Go tariff plan.
- Promotional Video Call Tariff: Tk. 1/min (10 second pulse)
- To make a video call, both caller and called party must be under 3G coverage area and must use 3G Video Call capable handset.
- Purchase of any 3G pack will activate 3G services for customers; this will enable Video Calling unless customer opts out from 3G.
- Speed that a customer gets will depend on his or her place of usage and the device used.
